We stayed for two nights in room no 208. The staff and service is good, however, there was a major issue with the opening of the door. The card key didn't work and the door was opened by the staff with a manual key every time we entered. The food is very good, however, buffet breakfast could be improved with more items.

The room looks good, but the service is not. I stayed for 2 days, but not even once did anyone come to clean the room. I told the reception five times for room cleaning, but still no one came. No one comes to clean the room or even take the plates. Overall, the room is nice in appearance, but the service is very poor.

it was a terrible stay at RJ, most of the rooms were occupied when we reached at the hotel and we were given a very bad room, with zero cleanliness, hairs on the floor, dust everywhere, and ofcourse the room looks very different from the photos,, if the rooms are not available at the date then why they show the availablity, it causes us inconvenience. The door services are also bad, the staff showed up very late every time we asked for something. The food was great and so was the breakfast. i really request the hotel managers or website managers to only show the availability when the rooms are not occupied. please give preference to those who had already booked the room.
