Excellent stay experience. The property is new, well maintained. Most noticeable is the cleanliness. Staff is courteous. Special mention for the reception staff. Very understanding polite and professional. Hotel Facade gives a luxurious look. Food served here is good to taste. Buffet may not be available if the guest count is less so be little on time for breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well lit. Some mentioned features were missing from the inclusions mentioned while booking. Safe was present in the room. Welcome drink on arrival was not. Yet the service is far better than the similar priced The Grand Oasis Hotel and Resorts in the area. Recommended for solo, business, family. The The Grand Oasis Hotel and Resort provides a swimming pool as well for recreation.

Location was good, close proximity to Express way , food was good and cleanliness was maintained. Few things we didn’t like was service was quite slow and less responsive. The amenities were excellent ,room was spacious and comfortable, with great in-room features like a coffee maker, fast Wi-Fi, and luxury toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the on-site dining was delicious. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Food was decent, room was spacious with all the basic amenities but the road to reach the property was terrible. Potholes were filled with rain water and it was tough. Room service was ok but should be improved. They should send someone to leave the guest to his room.
