Rooms are okay. But washroom was not clean. Bedsheets are not clean. Breakfast was served cold. Not properly cooked food. Overall very average stay experience. I would reccomend to stay only if you do not have any other options.

The condition of the rooms and washrooms was terrible. There was no cleanliness with no basic toiletries and other stuff. The washrooms were not in order they were not working. We had to change the rooms twice in some the fans was not working and in other the sunk or the flush in washroom. There were cigarette ashes in the room.

There is no food also climate is cool. Service also good. Metro connection is easily but road in this area is very bad

The stay was excellent and the food was amazing. The location is a little far away from pauri chowk in ansal golf link 1 which has many other hotel properties in the same vicinity. But what's different from others is the owners friendly behaviour, polite staff, good food and comfortable beds, clean and safe surroundings.

When we arrived at the hotel they had given our rooms in some other apartment not even a hotel. After lots of screaming and shouting they have given us rooms in the hotel that we booked. Our entire day was wasted and we didn’t get a room until the evening and we missed our conference for the first day! sad sad experience and i would be very careful about booking this hotel during peak conferences

Property not maintained. No professional staff. Struggling with basis facilities such as water to flush, no tv working, no intercom operational

My recent stay at the castle blue hotel near india expo mart & center was nothing short of amazing. The staff's behavior was welcoming & outstanding service coupled with the perfect location for expo event attendees, made it a top-notch experience. Highly recommended! looking forward to stay again.
