Worst experience in EXPO VIEW RESIDENCY Water leakage in Air Conditioner, No water in taps in one of the washroom ,No water in wash basin, washbasin tap was broken ,No pressure in tap mixture of washbasin and No pressure jet spray Toilet seat From mid -night 2 am till now we are facing problems.No Top sheet given for stay of 8 persons and but later on to sheet given midnight by misbehaving No dustbin inside the room. TV panel not working. No soap These things need to check pre hand before giving room to customer.

I had a great experience during my stay at the property. The amenities and facilities were upto the mark. And the food was great and healthy. Overall the experience was worth the money.

No receptionist or attender was there the bed, side table, and cupboard were broken. Room keys were also not provided amenities didn't work. The bathroom door didn't lock, and taps were also broken.

Room was okay but the bed given was not clean

Helpful staff, home food is available if u ask they prepare fresh food of your choice

No restaurant, dirty corridor, room, nothing room maintenance. It’s just a nonsense.

Location is just a word worst.

My check in time was 12 noon...but my room was not cleaned until 6 in the evening...My worst ever experience...It is better to stay in Dharamshala then in this hotel.

What you see in the pics is different from what you get. The area is which this hotel is located is still seasonal and looks like a still to develop. If not for the expos the hotels around here don’t have much regular business. However, the staff was really nice and well spoken. One mr. Sanoj is very helpful with food and beverages. Good food thou it takes a little longer than normal coz the kitchen is not in the same building. No hot water available and the bed linen could have been better. Over all, a decent experience for just one night that i stayed. Hope they take feed back in a positive manner and improve.
