It is so terrible that the owner kidnapped my friend and check out it him at night ask for money, lock his laguage in room till he not able to pay. When he ask to call police than he took his phone and broken it. General manager mr. Sukhbir singh do all this worst things with his customer. I think make my trip must take an action against such worst hotel so that someone another cannot be in a such situation.

We booked one month back payment all done while we reached for check in they said they don't have rooms, they sold rooms for higher prices. The manager did not attend us he conveyed the message by phone, we were traveling enter the day and we were tired, this is our first bad experience with make my trip bookings

बहुत ही ज्यादा बेकार व्यवस्था है रूम क्वालिटी भी सही नहीं है रूम के लॉक भी सही नहीं हैं बाथरूम की सही नहीं है लेकिन स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा है

Worst hotel to stay and no service for batroom towel, drinking water and other requirements as soap and other, they show us other property and send us at other backside located property.

It's an awesome villa. Everything was good. Good behavior of staff. Good service. Good facilities. Meal was delicious.

A third class guest house. Please remove from your listing. Bad upkeep. No wash basin in bathroom. Very small bath. Water coming out in whole room. You charged rs 3800 while normal rate there was 2200. I asked other guests.

This experience was terrible, service was horrible, no warm water no television no wi-fi bed sheets was like packing material staff treatment - very bad overall experience was horrible i will never book this again. Insects, rats, cockroaches where rooming around. This hotel is not for any human beings

Room was very small, no room service, not even mandatory breakfast provided without reminding them. No cleaning of room, even nobody available to attend us.

It was a poor stay as the bathroom was not up to the mark the water had current due to geyser issues. The toilet flush was also not working. Hotel needs to get their basic things at-least serviced.

I'll maintained, unprofessional staffs. Locality was peacefull. Room was big but amenities are all indian jugad. Very few options regarding food choice. For single occupancy it's more difficult to get food of my choice. I think management should take appropriate care to made it awesome because every thing was there but unorganised due to unprofessional staffs.
