It's totally bad. First hotel denied check-in because i booked through makemytrip. They were in search of cash. After alot of discussion, they provided the room but they didn't provide any kind of service. They provided very bad room which is not cleaned. Very unhappy with makemytrip. They even said next time don't book with makemytrip, come directly at hotel and book.
