The staff is cordial. I found two issues - the bed linen were not changed, looked used and second is food hygiene. I could see a mouse wandering near the breakfast setup. Else the property ambience and staff behaviour is fine.

property's location is very near to the main gate of campus. Food quality and quantity are also very good and sufficient. The service staff are good. In the side room there are so many mosquitoes, due to the mosquitoes not sleeping properly.

I stayed on november 13 to 14 in kds residency greater noida, the place which is located is very near to bus stand and knowledge park ii metro station, the infrastructure of the hotel is very fabulous and the view of balcony and room service was extraordinary, the one thing i would like to mention is the food was very great because i'm south indian so i didn't expect this much from north indian hotel! my rating for this kds residency is 4. 5/5

Room is good and looking good. Bedsheet is fresh, neat and clean to sleep. But there were a pungent smell it troubles allot and even almost 30minutes of open gate to make it stay pleasant however, information provided to staff but no one to resolve this issue.
