Thanks for your feedback. Can you please explain what issue you have faced? As per your request we have upgraded your Room for which you have paid 1/4th of room upgrade total amount. We have also provided extra mattress, one person for four days and other person for two days, for that you paid 1/3rd of total extra mattress charges. I understand one day your breakfast was little late for that we also apologize for the same and was ready for compensate. I know at the time of checkout you asking for more and more discount but believe me as the booking manager I have given best discount whatever was in my hand. Thanks Reception Manager
