Hotel Palash

No bed sheet. No good breakfast. Location also not good

Bed sheet was not clean at all, ac was not running properly and also geezer was not working properly. Only best part was clean floor. Breakfas was having only 1 fresh cooked item 1st day poha+ bread and 2nd day pratha + bread. Not value for money other gust also experienced the same thing which i came to know next day

I arrived into the hotel at 4 am and the elevator was not working. Had to climb 2 floors with my baggage. The weather was around 7 c and they haven’t provided for any heater in the room. This cannot be classified as a 3 star if they cannot handle customer safety.

In room no 101, the wall is having fungal growth and when you switch on the fan the spores are in air and it was irritating the nasal and finding difficulty in breathing and sleeping. If you tap the bed some dust particles are flying and it is irritating. When i asked to change the room the staff say there is no empty room. Dining hall is not hygienic.

The location of hotel pal-ash is also worth mentioning. Situated in a convenient and bustling area, it was easy for me to explore the city's attractions and return to the comfort of the hotel at the end of the day.
