The room is too small as per shown in the pictures. We have waited for more than one hour as there was early check in availability. There was too much dampness and therefore it’s too smelly and totally unworthy as per the amount. Service was too slow also.

At last moment i was made to change my hotel. I paid and i got transferred to a 5k Hotel which was 20km away from existing hotel. They had promised as compensation they will gave me a upgraded room but on arrival at new hotel they gave me a basic category room. Even though i had complaint about the same to MMT twice there was no resolution provided by MMT. As a loyal customer of MMT i need a full refund of my stay. Or else this is the last time i will be using MMT. very poor service from Ginger Hotel and from MMT both
