Arrival Experience & Host Interaction: After a 3-hour journey, When we raised initial concerns, he simply said we could cancel the booking—an unreasonable option given the effort it took to get there. 2. Extra Charges & Accommodation: We were charged ₹3,000 extra for two under-18 kids who joined last minute. Despite the charge, no additional bed or linen was provided, making the arrangement highly uncomfortable and poorly justified. 3. Cleanliness & Maintenance: There was a foul smell in the kitchen. When we reported it, both the caretaker and the owner ignored it and casually stated that they “don’t keep room fresheners.” This lack of basic hygiene and responsiveness was disappointing. 4. Privacy Concerns: This was the most disturbing part of the stay. The caretakers kept entering and exiting the house without knocking It felt extremely intrusive and uncomfortable for our family, violating the sense of privacy that a resort should ensure. 5. Amenities: The pool lights were not functioning initially. Additionally, the caretaker’s dog was left free and barked all night, causing further disturbance. 6. Location & Safety: The property is located deep inside an isolated area surrounded by dense crops and jungle-like terrain. It felt unsafe, especially for a family stay. Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

Good property and Very good Caretaker available at property

memorable trip, we enjoyed a lot. pool was clean & staff was also supportive. will recommend others to visit. we will plan to visit again in future. would suggest to carry your food or plan to cook by yourself. you will love the trip for sure 😀

Good location, close to delhi/ncr, the property is earthy and raw. The caretakers are nice but not too friendly. With basic staples available, you cook your own food. Delivery options are not great and they charge 100-150 for delivery. Overall our stay was okay but the biggest turn off were lizards in the whole property. At least 4-5 lizards in every room. The caretaker was kind enough to spray some repellent but that wasn’t enough. So if you’re uncomfortable around lizards, avoid this property.

Property is good. Carry your food because delivery is difficult sometimes. I would suggest owner to be more professional.
