It was an amazing experience staying at Neemrana Fort Palace. Room was good. The staff surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife even though we hadn't informed them prior about it. Very proactive and thoughtful of them. The tour of the palace and the evening cultural program were very good. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the resort.

The property itself was excellent, but we faced several issues. I had already requested to change our second room, and although they assured me it would be done, no support was provided when our family member checked in. The condition of the room was very poor — the washroom door was broken, and there was a bat inside the room. After raising our concern with the property directly, they helped us resolve the issue to some extent. However, I’m extremely disappointed this time. I had also requested a birthday cake for my wife’s celebration, but the property informed us that no such request was received. We had to arrange everything ourselves. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied service and support. not customer-friendly.

The location is excellent and not very far from the Delhi-Ajmer Highway. The resort is quite spread out. Rooms allotted were quite uncomfortable with smaller than queen side bed, no windows. Rooms were not as shown on the site while booking. Just bare enough to accommodate two persons. Room service is good but no food is allowed in the rooms. Breakfast buffet was also just average with usual dominance of South Indian food and hardly any non-vegetarian dish apart from bland and poorly cooked sausages

My experience was good at Neemrana fort. Property is indeed beautiful and worth the hype. They are charging so much and few things need to be considered. I am not giving 5stars because of few things which are 1. The room slippers were pathetic. I used them in washroom and fell on my knee and got it swollen. 2. One has to walk so much for breakfast. View and food was worth though. 3. No lift or wheelchair for the oldies. 4. No exhaust in the washroom.

As for the walking distance, Neemrana’s 14-tiered architecture involves several steps and ramps, integral to its historic design. Two lifts were introduced in 2016 to ease access, though full mobility across the fort still requires some physical effort. These details are mentioned on our website to help guests plan their stay. The rooms and washrooms are designed with traditional ventilation to maintain authenticity. We value your suggestions and will continue enhancing comfort while preserving the fort’s heritage charm. False advertising. The pictures on MMT looked nothing like the actual room

The pictures on your site need to be updated, MMT. The actual room had seepage and smelled of mildew. The staff 'upgraded' us from Ekant (the room we booked looking at the pictures here) to Kartik. Built right next to Ekant in the new part of the fort, Kartik is... in the basement (no sunlight, no view). When we pointed out these issues to the staff, they said the false advertising was at MMT's end. This, despite the fact that their own website uses heavily edited pictures of Ekant. Fun fact: Kartik is NOT advertised on Neemrana's website, possibly because everyone who books Ekant is automatically moved here as an 'upgrade'. Sounds like a joint scam by both parties here.

Staying at Neemrana Fort Palace was an absolutely thrilling experience! From the moment I stepped inside the majestic fort, it felt like stepping back in time. I've visited this property since childhood I just felt this time the place was a bit understaffed and the signs could be improved and put more on the property for more Direction and the service was a bit slower than the last time visited. so please work on that other than that the staff was very considerate and well behaved will visit soon.

Neemrana Hotel is located nearby to the Jaipur highway, the food was good, all necessary amenities were placed there and everything was so good. They just don't provide room service but it's a good thing as we got more time to explore neemrana fort by visiting the bar, high tea and breakfast places. Worth it go.

Review Location good , near to delhi Food breakfast and dinner both were good . Good for vegetarian , lot of dishes were there for vegetarian but non veg items were only one !!! I am vegetarian Rooms are small but good for one night stay to have experience Lot of walk in and around fort , only one lift in new part of fort where lunch and breakfast is served ( fort has 2 parts one old and one new both are interconnected, looks same also) Not good for heart patients and senior citizens, better they avoid as there were lot of stairs and steep ascending and descending ways 2 km from highways, sign boards are there They will give you a cake also if you are visiting on birthday and anniversary etc They will serve you tea with snacks at evening around 5 pm then will take you to guided tour to show differ part of fort for around half hr Fort looks excellent at night due to lighting You can do camel ride , vintage car drive etc
