Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, staff was extremely friendly, and the service exceeded expectations. The food was delicious, and the location was perfect. Truly a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable experience—highly recommended for everyone!

I stayed at Plazzio Hotel in Gurgaon on July 21-22, 2025, due to its proximity to a client office for a conference. The location was convenient, but the overall experience was disappointing. The food variety was very low, and the quality was not great, which was a letdown. The bedding was uncomfortably firm, with pillows that felt much harder than standard hotel softness, making rest difficult. One major issue was the temperature regulation of the hot water. When I raised a concern about insufficient hot water, the service staff adjusted it but questioned the need for more, which was an unusual experience for me. On a positive note, some staff members, particularly Bahadur, were friendly and helpful. Overall, the stay was far from ideal, with the bedding and water issues being the most significant drawbacks. These problems would prevent me from returning.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, modern interiors and well-designed rooms. The lobby is welcoming and spacious, and the common areas are well-kept. The room I stayed in was comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed – from reliable Wi-Fi to a good selection of amenities. I would highly recommend . It offers excellent value for money, top-notch service, and a comfortable, enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely return on my next visit.

The hotel is one of the best hotels in Gurgaon. Excellent location, wonderful amenities, courteous staff. Good food , scope for further improvement possible in terms of taste and variety. Proximity to good restaurants and markets .

We had a great stay at this hotel. I had travelled with kids and the place is definitely recommended with family. Staff it friendly and the food at the restaurant is also good. They provide extra bed if needed. Check in experience was also very smooth. Breakfast spread is very good also with dishes like idly, eggs and usual north indian breakfast items.

Property is good, rooms are good, staff is very courteous and treats all guest very respectfully. I only faced issue in the bathroom where drainage was either choked or not working at that time and water was leaking from sink as well. So all the water was stuck in the bathroom and hence got really risky as my kids tripped and fell because of this.
