Smooth check in but we ordered food from room service. It was horrible, despite telling them to make it less spicey they did opposite & made us sick. So wont ever go back. Thankyou.

Terrible Stay
Very poor hospitality and absolutely pathetic room service. The staff was unresponsive and untrained. Basic amenities were missing, the room was not clean, and requests took hours or were simply ignored. Definitely not worth the price paid. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Poor Stay
I didnt had a good experience during this visit with their some of the staff members. I had day booking room and at 4:55pm i received a call from Front Desk ( i guess) and said “you have a booking till 5pm and i wanted to remind you. Hope you are leaving room at 5pm”. I asked the reason of asking a weird question- i didn’t find this respectful. And i complained on front desk but not sure if they could understand the gravity

PLEASANT STAY
The Property is good. At the reception Ritu was great. Yes housekeeping little disappointed where some things are not there like hand towels etc. Valet Parking staff and security do their job in a very good manner. The Brew House is fabulous after a long day at work. Food is amazing. I love this place as can easily commute related to my work.

Excellent Stay
I want to share my last two experiences with the same hotel. I stayed with radisson city centre gurugram twice and this time i stayed alone. All services regarding food ambience and other amenities were up to mark as one can expect from a world class hotel. But the difference here is the hotel staff, i appreciate their support and helping you in whatever way possible. They really make you feel like as your second home. Ready to serve and handle all problems you share with them. I want to especially mention miss rite who took care of me when i was feeling sick. Without even expecting any kind of favours on return.
