Review Of Hyatt Regency Gurgaon

Nice clean room with amazing food varieties. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast menu is Ok ok.

Room was good, dinner not had much options. For vegetarians main course was tasteless , soup was not fresh.Snacks were ok. Breakfast was good but they keep veg items separate. Staff was polite

1. i was on Navaratri fast - i asked for Navaratri food they served thali that was very poor in quality . 2. location is good 3. facilities are very very poor very bad

Reception was not welcoming. No one even cared to ask if i need help with my laguagge during check in and check out both. In room when it is mentioned that things like bathrobe, slippers etc are available then they should be there during check in. But had to call again and agian to get these things and also the food mennu scanner.

Firsr thing first I have booked super package for early check in, when i arrived checkin counter and asked for early check in, staff rudly told me not possible i have shown booking he said we have booking but we never confirmed makemytrip for early check in Now the lift , this hotel have no security system any one can on any floor , lift have card scanner but they have make this feature off and any one can go any floor , now room the rooms are not maintained the besin tap only hot water is working cold water tap not working. Shower is so rusty seems not cleaned sience years. The tea cattle cover is broker, phone is not working. This hotel spoiling the image of hyatt also. Now the brekfast. They even dont have a juice in breakfast need to request than some one will bring. Almost all the items plates are empty on the counters. Its complete waste of money.

Staff is not according to a five star hotel...mostly was of Assam..they barely understand our language

Our room got changed thrice, hotel was full waiting at dinner and breakfast food was bland. My anniversary got completely spoiled

Food and stay was good, I took hotel's offer for upgrade to the suite room. In the room we had multiple issues like internet not working multiple times, washrooms not working (flushing system) and not all toiletries were present there.

service was poor and amenities were not up to the mark. hot water and room temperature control not working.

pathetic service, This is not really expected from hyatt Booked 2 rooms but the service was so so poor that we have waited all most hour for just 2 water bottle to deliver in the room even during check out we take our luggage to reception as there is no staff present to take the luggage.. very disappointed food is not up to the mark as expected worst experience
