Review Of Taj Damdama Lake Resort & Spa, Gurugram

Excellent location that too in Delhi-ncr. Unexpected. An amazing property to walk around, relax and enjoy in a green environment. Shamina restaurent in particular is standout. Its food , staff , ambiance , everything is just amazing. In particular Mr. Manoj and Mr. Ashok , two gentleman were so good, they make our day. Thanks taj .

Cleanliness not upto taj’s benchmark. Bedsheet was little dusty. One charging point in the room was not working.

Feedback from a Family of Four (Husband, Wife, and Two Kids - Ages 11 and 15) Negatives: • The check-in process was quite slow. Although the check-in time was 2 PM, our room was allotted around 3 PM. Considering the check-out time is 12 PM, the total stay duration effectively becomes only 22 hours. Ideally, such a delay should be compensated. • The room was very clean, but it was connected to another room through a wooden door. Even though the door was locked, we could clearly hear noise from the adjoining room. • The food was quite expensive, and the afternoon service was slow. Positives: • The entire property was very clean and well maintained. • The swimming pool was excellent. • The resort is spacious and offers complimentary bicycles to ride around the premises. • Complimentary evening tea, bread pakoras, and biscuits were delicious. • The kids enjoyed the zip line activity, which was well managed (though chargeable separately). • The breakfast spread was extensive. • The weather was pleasant during our stay. Overall: A good option for a short one-night stay near Delhi NCR.

Very happy with the food service they have for kids related. Thanks that really satisfied us as we travelled for the first time with our 1 year old twins. Overall great service staff and very helpful

The property was decent, The food was ok. They failed to allocate the room by 5pm thought the checking time was 2pm. Also the buffet was cold

Loved our stay at the resort. It’s a nice property with well maintained lawns, pool and adventure activity options. You get 5 star experience with Taj brand. I got upgraded to a bigger room however room had issues with ups due to which phone and tv didn’t work. Property had old rooms and ones newly constructed . I personally like feel of old rooms. Also the last 10 km of approach road to resort is pathetic. Not sure what resort can do about it. Staff is friendly and goes out of the way to serve you. If you are family with small kids or teenagers you will have good time

I’m completely blown away by the service at Taj Damdama—what a fantastic property. The staff was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in everything they did. The room was spacious, and the bathroom felt like a luxurious suite of its own. Every detail added to a truly wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

We had a memorable stay at Taj Damdama. Right from checkin , the staff was very efficient & helpful. The room was well appointed,neat & clean. Being my wife's birthday the staff made it extra special by coming to the room with a cake & musicians. To top it up the dinner was excellent with another cake coming the way , kind courtesy the chef & dining staff. Over all a very pleasant experience and a special mention to the staff who should be rated extra ordinary 👍

I love staycations on special days !! Taj dam dama was planned for the same . The rooms , food , ambiance n facilities were great . The only thing missing was a proper welcome by the front desk . There was only normal check in , no welcome drink , no music . But the staff at restaurant were very warm and helpful . Overall good stay !!

It was a perfect escape from the city hustle. Beautifully designed villas and perfect connection with the nature through all sorts of activities provided. The restaurant services provided especially by Krishan were totally up to the mark!

Location covers tough 7kms on a narrow road. But it's one of the Best properties the awesome stuff and mouth-watering food. Nothing can't be better . it's simply an awesome Experience
