Everything was perfect but they need to work on the food

I have stayed many times in this hotel and our stay was awesome. The room we stayed in was spacious, neat and clean and well maintained. The washroom was also clean and big in size. The only thing which I need to highlight is their food quality. They should improve it. The location of the hotel was just superb, you will feel like you are in the hill Station.

We went to spend some time in this hotel because of its location, from the hotel we can enjoy nature's beauty. We have stayed in this hotel many times but this time our stay was just average. The food was not good and their service was also not up to the mark. The room was neat and clean and the washroom also, but they didn't provide any toiletries. If I talked about value for money it was just average.

familyThe room spacious, but the cleanliness of the room was average, the staff was polite and courteous. It was a beautiful location. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The service was very quick. It Worth the amount which I paid. I recommend this hotel to others. Especially, I liked the staff at the the property, they were very attentive and kind.
