I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and warmth.
The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully managed. The rooms were comfortable, housekeeping was consistent, and the amenities were exactly what one would expect from a quality hotel.
What really stood out to me was the staff — particularly Pooja and Pankaj. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was smooth and enjoyable.
• Pooja was incredibly courteous and attentive, always greeting with a warm smile and assisting with any queries right away. She made me feel genuinely welcome.
• Pankaj showed great professionalism and efficiency, whether it was helping with requests, providing local recommendations, or ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. His dedication and polite approach added a personal touch to the stay.
It’s rare to find staff who balance professionalism with genuine warmth, but both Pooja and Pankaj made the experience memorable. Because of them, I would happily return and also recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.
