An Amazing, Cozy Stay at K Grandeur, Ernakulam – Highly Recommended!
We recently completed an absolutely amazing stay at K Grandeur in Ernakulam, and it exceeded all expectations! The hotel is remarkably nice and clean, and the rooms are wonderfully cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The entire team deserves high praise. The staff are genuinely cool and humble, ensuring the service was top-notch throughout our visit. The breakfast spread was also too good, consistently starting our day off right. I especially want to give a special mention to Mr. Ajith, who brightened our mornings by welcoming us every day with a great smile. Very convenient location near to South railway station as well as metro station. Facilities are also well provided.

Good for Budget Traveller
The property was good, clean washroom and clean room, except that bedsheets blankets were stained... same replaced when requested. Another issue was that there was no hot water facility.

VERY GOOD STAY
I stayed couple of days ago…It was much more than my expectations… 1. Best location.Metro and Railway station in walkable distance . 2. Ambience at its peak ..right from the reception you feel a budget friendly luxury stay.. 3. Restaurant and the rooftop cafes are top notch..variety cuisines at affordable rates 4. Rooms were well maintained. 5 . The staffs gave me 5 star stay feel with their excellent customer service

Average Stay
The Hotel easily accessible from the Ernakulam south Railway station. I reached the hotel only at 9 PM, contacted them more than once even then the room was not arranged. Room was very neat and tidy. But the toilet was not well maintained. The waste bin's automatic system was not functioning. you have to pull the lid to open it. Water drainage also was not working properly. It takes more time to drain out completely. Altogether stay was average.

Very Bad Sta
The stay at Hotel K Grandeur was pathetic. Though the booking was from 14 October 1 pm we checked in at 3 am on 15 October. Inspite of requesting for a clean room we were given a room that was lived in with dirty and terribly stained bed sheets, pillow covers and towels. No cleaning had been done. Finally after losing one's cool they shifted my wife and I to another much smaller room which was a little less DIRTY. The toilet was blocked and unusablet All this after I had made numerous requests. The saving grace was the pleasant behaviour of the staff however that cannot compensate for the terrible experience we had during our Stay. A property to be booked with caution.. I wish the Management would pay heed to the pathetic state of affairs.

Excellent Stay
Perfect location just near to Ernakulam Main Railway station, near the metro station. Neat and calm room, well maintained, all toiletries there, towels nd all neat and clean. very helpful staff, always ready to assist. perfect food, so tasty. super restaurant. I stayed here for one whole week I am very much satisfied.
