familyIt's situated at a beautiful location and rooms give a nice seaview. The property is neat and clean, though it lacks few amenities. It needs little upgrade. Our bathroom didn't have a functional shower which may not be accepted by many. They don't have a restaurant, though they arrange food from nearby restaurants. In spite of a few shortcomings, i would recommend the property because of its owner. He is a nice person and is ready to help you in every way. The staff are courteous and friendly. The owner of the property gives you his personal number and takes care of all your needs. He makes you feel like staying at your own house. He must have some compelling situations for not upgrading the property. Apart from those few small things, you will love your stay at the palace. You will definitely enjoy the sun setting over the sea from the property. ( check the pictures taken from the balcony of the property)

The room was excellent. Very good sea view. Actually some nice restaurants available nearby. Also they provide a menu for dining and got timely delivery. Complimenatary breakfast was average.

Ac was not working, water stopped coming, had to keep calling them for ac. They charged a lot but not upto the mark

Wooden cottage stay door lock missing

I travel-led as a solo traveller and the door lock was missing in my cottage. The caretaker said that he will change the lock but never got back. The check out is at 11 am but they provide got water service at 11 am only. So had to shower in cold water. It's quiet an old building.

Its just opp to beach. 2 kms away from cherai beach, no resturant in house. Ok room. They switch off ac if u go out or in the morning. Only they give 2 clinc plus sham-pp packet and 10 rs jou soap. Owner is good. Overall average

We had booked two rooms in thi hotel. We are having bad experience with room quality, worst cooperative staff, bas room facility, non ac room size is soo small such that store room size looks bigger. Even in nights we only opened the parking gates. Please makes sure to check everything and then book.

The rooms were very average and not worth for the money paid. There was crack in the bath room wall. Rooms are not spacious. Very small property but the charges as high as 3 star. Altogether not good experience at all. Hotel appearance is also not good. No proper reception. Some renovation is going on. Not recommending to anybody.
