I had booked this property for my birthday vacation, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. On the night of July 11th, at around 23:05, we were locked out of our room due to a technical issue with the door. Despite the technicians’ efforts, we had to wait outside the room for nearly an hour. The door was finally opened at 23:50 .
This unexpected delay disrupted all the plans we had made to celebrate my birthday (12th July), and we felt completely helpless during that time. It was a special occasion for me, and sadly, it was marred by this unfortunate incident.
Overall, I’m quite disappointed with the experience and would not consider it a happy or memorable stay.
