Perfect Staycatio
Very peaceful stay and the staff are extremely helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. The eatery has extremely tasty buffet food and All Spice has very good Indian food.

Little disappointed
Location, food and amenities were good. But the service was not that good. The room was kept open when i checked in, the toiletries including towels were misplaced. However room was clean.

Great Stay at Fourpoints Sheraton - Kochi
Our 6 days of stay was awesome!! Thanks for the great hospitality by chef Vishnu, Masim, Margi, effron and Jubin. All these guys made our stay more comfortable and memorable.

Stay was good.
I food was average. Stay was nice. Neat and clean. Swimming pool was clean and the view was great. Overall, decent experience.

' Review of Four Point Sheraton Hotel in Cochi
This hotel not only needs refurbishment but also better management: Towells, napkins ( in the room & restruant,) are discolored & stained), Bed linen feels unclean, flushing water had unacceptable color, toilet seat was highly stained, response to requests made on phone for booking hotel cab, clearing the room of food item.etc were unacceptably poor,: many a times they just did not pick up the call: this property should not qualify to be even 3 star, forget 5 star. The positive: Buffet Breakfast fare was good & the staff at the restaurant there were very good.

Great buffet spread, convenient location
I recently stayed at this hotel and, except for a couple of small issues, the experience was excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and pleasantly fragrant, making for a very comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Infopark, as it’s just a short distance away. The breakfast buffet was enormous — so many options that even after eating well, I’d say I only managed to try about 25% of the spread. The quality and presentation were both impressive. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight, offering great views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, there was a faint foul smell in the area, likely from the hotel’s water recycling system, which slightly took away from the otherwise wonderful experience. The only real drawback was the basement parking — it’s old and poorly maintained, and feels out of place compared to the rest of the hotel’s high standards. Overall, this is a great choice at a very reasonable rate — comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, and a prime location. I’d happily recommend it, especially for business travellers heading to Infopark.

very bad experience with This hotel
This hotel had a terrible smell on the floor where I stayed, and I had to vacate the room in the middle of the night, moving to a different floor. To make matters worse, I forgot my MacBook charger in the room. When I checked back with them, they claimed it wasn't available. It's ridiculous that they couldn't return a lost item; they're even suggesting I left it somewhere else. I'm certain I left it on the table.
