The food was good but it was too overpriced for what it is. The property, room, bathroom and view was extremely underwhelming. The service was also very slow. Nothing about the stay said luxe or premium

Beautiful and rejuvenating experience, spa was good, food also good although buffet spread was limited especially Dinner, and they seem to encourage buffet when we try to order room service, finally ended up taking buffet which had practically nothing we wanted, then again ordered room service, except for that incident everything was good..

The property is located very close to the Athirapally Waterfalls and offers great views. The property is well maintained and has all necessary amenities. Good pool, indoor games, etc. The restaurant served amazing food. The best part was the service, the restaurant manager and his team paid special attention to our elderly parents. Special shoutout to Devansh, Sinto and also the front office staff. Highly recommended.

Experience the natures beauty and hospitality at same place . View of falls is beautiful from the lobby , travel to falls and experiencing from the shirt distance was breathtaking .

we stayed for one night and booked deluxe cottage for family stay. overall stay for pleasant. the best part of the resort was the location and service. Resort is next to the Athirapally river and near to the waterfall. Morning we went inside the river and experienced the nature. Breakfast was really good and had lot of varieties. I would definitely recommend to visit this resort and enjoy the service and nature.

The property location is the icing on the cake. The view, room infra and the interiors are extremely impressive.

The rooms were good, but everything else did not meet a five star resort. The staffs were new and did not know much on the property. They did not turn on the swimming pool lights and said they don't know when requested. The resort pool was not maintained, tiles were broken and caused injury. The fountains shown on the photos don't operate. The resort area is small, and staff is confused regarding access to river. Breakfast arrangements were good but the food taste need improving, pastries were poor. Overall experience did not meet expectations.

The staff was very nice and the location was very beautiful. Overall facility was good but the entire experience was sabotaged by the Gala Dinner hosted by the hotel on the 25th Dec. We were informed by the staff that we must take the option for 4500 per person (even for my children who were 13 and 15yrs old) but the spread was mediocre. the local foods like appam and stew was good but the thai curry, and other international options were mediocre. There was no room service or a la carte option for us and this place being so remote, had no choice but to grudgingly fall in this overpriced trap. beware of the time you travel and ensure you book all 3 meals if you are travelling by the holidays

Property was good, ambiance was great, pool was small but it had a great view, breakfast had variety and we ordered in room dining and food taste was good (veg. Overall, we stayed for 2 night and experience was good.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Staff is friendly and the resort is very clean. Lunch/ dinner buffet could have been better. Most of the food was North Indian. But breakfast was amazing. The presidential suite that we booked additional to this was looking different than the displayed pictures.

Exquisite resort with enchanting views and tranquil river passing by in the backyard, our room had a view of the falls and so does the restuarant area which is an added bonus. Food was delicious too, overall the property was terrific and we had a pleasant and memorable stay.

Room was good with clear view of the waterfall. However it felt like the service levels were not up to standards that one would expect from a hotel charging upwards of 16000 per night. We had requested for early set breakfast, which was accepted but there was no breakfast when we turned up. This delayed our departure for a trek which was to start at 7. 30am. Also, approach road to the property needs some repair. Other than that, there were no other issues to speak of.

With breathtaking athirapally falls view from the room it was a comfortable stay. The staff are courteous and helpful.
