It is close to the silver storm and snow storm amusement park. The food is not good and got delayed in night

Our stay was average. Some areas for improvement include: - Bedsheets and towels weren't cleaned properly - TV had limited access (only YouTube) with poor internet connectivity - Tea cups in the room weren't clean - No lift facility

Dirty or poorly maintained rooms, faulty amenities, unfulfilled promises, or a general lack of cleanliness and pests. drainage water overflow in front side very pathetic

The hotel is located in the Main road which is convenient however the food was not up to the mark. The breakfast buffet had nothing only some local dishes. Atleast they could have kept idli , dos but even this was not there. The service was also slow. The tele phone in my room was not working. I had to call the reception from my personal number again and again .

Hydel Palace would be a good option for a weekend in Athirapally if you wish to visit both the waterfalls and Silver Storm. Their hospitality was commendable and we were served with delicious meals at lunch and dinner. The pool was also neat and beautiful. Recommended for families to enjoy a calm and serene weekend.

Starting with what we liked, the rooms we stayed were recently renovated and looking new. The breakfast was limited but reasonably ok. The hotel is listed as a 3 star hotel but we saw many things missing. First of all there's no lift and you'd have to climb up 2 floors to your room with your luggage. Then there was no entertainment center. The first floor was being renovated, so there was a lot of dust while we went to our room. Overall the stay was fine but I doubt the star rating of the Hotel.

It was a good stay..the room was clean and perfect for a holiday vibe as Athirappilly waterfalls is nearby

All good but swimming pool is not clean and good and one tea cup is broken they charged for that 200

This is one of the best stay in town, that offers better choice and most welcoming atmosphere. And the food is also great

The location is near silver storm athirapally. It's a hotel that never only expects resort ambiance. The food was good, the rooms were ok. I asked for a tea around 4pm. The reply was "sorry kitchen is closed. The staff are well-behaved. If you are a three or four-member family-it's ok for a night. Kids will like the pool.

Wasn't happy with my entire experience. The food was just ok with limited choices. The room was ok but toilets are due for an overhaul. Hot water want available inspire of asking for it.

The front office lady had too much attitude and was treating us like a beggar. This is not tolerable. If you have problems, fix it at home, not with the public

Check in got delayed due to shortage of staff. But they tried their best to convince us. Rest all was good

Good ambiance, well maintained, neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. The property is a good option for short time stay. There is no hot water and the food duality average.
