Not having good rooms. Very limited option and having very noisy atmosphere. Food was good. The properry looks heritage, but maintenence is bit low. The bed was not that comfortable and since the bar is adjacent, there was lot of noise

Yeah, it was a nice stay in victoria heritage yesterday, we enjoyed that heritage nature and also food was good at there. Sure we will make the order in future. Moreover the stay was good and you gave us a good experience too.

....1.Not suitable for a family stay. 2. They sell liquor to the locals at the resort bar. 3. Even when we asked if they had a proper dental kit and bath kit, they said it was out of stack. 4. Rooms are dusty and not properly cleaned. 5. When I booked my trip, they said that reception would be open 24 hours a day, but even at 10.30 p.m., there was no one to contact.

Not the best welcoming, and the room wasn't worth the price, you cant expect the same room as it is shown in make my trip. But when we asked to change the room, they gave another room but not as good as it is shown in make my trip.

The hotel allotted a room on the second floor. The room requirement was for a person who has difficulty in walking and no lift was provided. Isn't it mandatory for the hotel to have lift.

The bedsheet was not changed with hair spread everywhere on the bed sheet.The room was just behind the reception desk and the room windows was just behind the receptionist chair and i was continuously annoyed with the chattering from the front office voice. The electrical fittings and wiring were hanging from wall and i can't use the restroom switches at all. Hardly any food available and this facility is more of a bar than a hotel and restaurant

It was good stay with my wife and kid. First i got average room, after checking with hotel staff they provided good delux room. It was good, neat and clean and it’s easy to commute to near tourist attractions. Cons: 1. Room was not cleaned daily basis when we stayed for 2 days.

Room was good and got in a reasonable rate. Food was average. Staffs were supportive. Overall satisfied.

I found it really amazing to stay there, they are really following the hygiene patterm, kudos for that, its really worth for the prize, to be honest, i loved it

The stay was good. I really enjoyed it. The staff were good. But when calling the restaurant or lobby no one is answering the call. The room was nice and clean.

An old naalukettu renovated and well maintained. Staffs are well behaved and the is super secure for couples.

The place was good. Small rooms, even smaller toilets, good and helpful staff. Beautiful looking property. But feels a bit congested for rooms.
