No proper service. Bed was terrible. Only 1 item( Dosa) for complementary Breakfast. Staff was not helpful. it is just a BAR in a remote area. not recommendable

Very bad stay. Bedsheets were stinky and towels were not clean. Had to change room midway for hot water. Will never recommend.

No proper communication in reception, no minimum maintainanace, No clean beds, no hot water in the hotel they give in buckets.. we have checked out and went to other hotel

The staff was attentive, and provided good service. Nice breakfast. Family friendly atmosphere. Standard room facilities Worth the price.

no heater, old AC with repair remote , very small room with big big chairs, disgusting bed which dances when the other one turns the other side...i felt bit uncomfortable 😣

A nice place en route athirapally. Rooms were nice, staff was very cordial and helped book local taxis.

Food is average , location is nice . Easy accessible to CSR Check dam which is very good place to relax .

The room ambience was good, but I was totally disappointed with a few major issues. There was no hot water supply in the bathroom, and although there was a fridge in the room, it was not in working condition. I reported both issues to the reception, but there was no response or resolution. Additionally, the AC kept turning off due to frequent power failures, and it did not restart automatically—I had to switch it on manually each time. Overall, the stay was not up to expectations due to poor maintenance and lack of proper service.

I'm very happy with the stay and the property location. The view from our room was very nice. And especially their staffs were so friendly.

Nice place to stay near arhirapilly good breakfast

Everything was fine, will surely visit during our next trip. Its a good location and waterfall is easy to access. Restaurant and Bar was good. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain, like to suggest this property.

It was a very nice experience staying in this hotel. Location wise 25 kms from the hotel to sloppily but it was okay as it is on the side of highway. Little bit upgrade on food and bathroom plumbing would have been better. Pipes fitted in the bathroom only giving hot water. Even hand facets giving hot water. Might be plumbing error. Also nobody attending to the calls made from intercom. Rest all were excellent.

It was a pleasant experience all together, the facilities were splendid, the view was awesome, the ambience is good too. The food was delicious. Room service is also good and on time. It offers all the 4 star hotel facilities and we will look forward to spend more time in this hotel.

This hotel was very excellent and staff was very supportive. Room was very cleansed. Hotel restaurant food was very nice and service was very good. Hotel location is also very nice. It is very near to hanging bridge and waterfalls.

The hotel is definitely worth the visit. Complimentary Breakfast was good compared to the price. The hotel is 27 km from Athirappilly Waterfalls. But The hotel has to definitely improve on the ala carte and lunch and dinner buffet food part. Food is definitely not worth the price they charge. Veg Biryani was sweet and the sabzi ordered was tasteless and salt less.

It was good. They have to improve in terms of cleaning and changing the bed covers. They kept the same for next day. It has to be addressed quickly then it will be good. The food quality they have too little careful. Rest all good. We enjoyed the stay there.
