It was peaceful and very silent place. I personally Enjoyed a lot. Nice place for families.

No Fan in the room. Staff were helpful. No free breakfast provided with online booking. Free breakfast id available only on direct booking.

room was good... but cleanings of bathroom was poor, tv was not working.... food service and staffs are good..

Location, rooms, behaviour of staff is very good. No room service after admission, no hot water in first day. Not attending phone in counter. Atmosphere of hotel is best. The hotel is suitable for bar and events only. Including breakfast is not available. They interested in various programs and meetings. Requesting for improving room service.

Well furnished rooms. Good facilities

The hotel looks good and is a lot bigger than expected. The location of the hotel is quite near to the chalakudy bus stop. One can catch the bus if they have time or take an auto. The manager was respectful and understanding and allowed us for a later checkout upon request. The room was spacious and the bathroom was also well maintained. Things to improve: the room service was not good. There was no one to help us with the luggage. No one answered when we called reception/ room service from our room. A huge thumbs-up to the security guard who helped us early in the morning with hot water and fresh towels in the absence of room service.

We stayed there for three days, they didn't clean the room. There is no water heater, we have to ask them to bring hot water. There is local bar is also inside that campus. This place is not suitable for family.

Very bad maint rooms smelling not clean

Hotel infrastructures are poorly maintained. Tv and bathroom accessories were not working. Cleaning was also not proper.

My second visit to clay house was not satisfactory. I understand it is run with few inexperienced boys with no professionalism. Food quality was very poor. No menu was provided and charged what they wanted and without bill.

Location was good and fully raining

I stayed here last week. Warm welcome, staffs are good. Only thing is there is no iron grill in the bathroom window which is not safe.

Clay house is an good property but poorly maintained and managed. May be the after effect of flood and mahamari.

The only thing good was the room and staff. Services such as basic water in the room have to be requested. No hot water. The reception number doesn't work. No food menu. If asked for food, the only item available is fried rice and parota. Out of which only parota is ok. But what do you have it with. Nothing since there is nothing available. Breakfast only has dosa. Nothing else. It seems like we were the only people in the entire property. Restaurant ac doesn't work. Table fans are the only option. Stay but look for options outside the hotel for food but there isn't any option available.
