HOTEL MEADOWS INTERNATIONAL

Very poor experience. When I called for directions, the lady at reception was rude and refused to guide me without booking details. At check-in, there was no greeting or smile. She also refused to share her name or let me speak to the manager. Overall, unprofessional staff, poor service, and below-average rooms and food. Not worth the price. Needs major improvement.

Every thing Good except one issue. Need rectification for the main door of Room number 204. Very calm and quiet area.

Find the property location very horrible. Many times call the property but not respond.lift not working.not get assistance from staff. I am booking with breakfast but not satisfied.

checked in around 12pm midnight. Room AC was not working ,only hot air was coming from AC..told the hotel person he said AC will be alright in some time . But no cooling. Then around 1am he says ,to check AC in other rooms . I told it is not my job at 1am..they should have checked AC before alotting room to me .While night there was no AC. When I discussed this with Manager in the morning,he gave a very unsatisfactory reply. No refund made for not providing AC. I had a terrible hot night. Please do the needful at your end. Very bad experience....

The place is good, the room is good at a low cost, the food is average, and the service is also good..

The location is good. The rooms are clean. But it is very very basic. No hot water in the shower. Not even an electric kettle in the room. There was no one at the reception when i reached at 8. 45 pm. I had to go around trying to find someone to check me in. No porter to help with luggage. No one to escort me to the room. Honestly. It is a lodge with basic features. The ac works well.

Good experience. Need to increase the restorent service. Parking is good enough space for parking. Overall room is fine worth for money. I have stayed with muly family. Total good except restorent

Staff could be more proactive. They should give a broacher for facilities available and put it in each room. Room freshener can be used in rooms.

Very good service. Parking facilities available. Standard food & reasonable rates. Only suggestion: management must provide more lighting facilities inside the rooms. Over all satisfied. Highly recommended.

Located near the highway. Kitchen closes by 9. 00pm. Bar closes by 11pm. Room service will be closes by 9. 00pm. Have both ac and non ac bar. All the rooms have balcony. Bathroom and toilet is well maintained.
