Athirappilly Polaris

Behaviour of the staffs was exceptional. Stay was also good. Just the way to the resort is quite risky. River flowing by the resort was the best thing i the whole stay.

Had a pleasant stay at athirapally polaris yesterday. Staffs were very polite and welcoming. Food was above average had lunch and dinner. Care can be given for bathroom hygiene and overall neatness. Riverside view room was blissful experience. Overall pleasant exprience!

The property was neat, spacious and well-maintainted with lot of greenery inside the property as well as around it. The river-view from the room was just amazing. Whoever is the chef, please keep him. The food was great though options were limited. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very good and the ambience was very nice. The hotel is next to the river so we can access it very easily. The hotel staff itself will guide you to the rivers. The hotel has a swimming pool and small play area where your kids can enjoy a lot. The food was also great and the staff were very polite and friendly. Overall experience is very good and definitely recommend the stay

A good stay with polaris resort. Pool and river side view was a really amazing experience. Food and complementary breakfast was fantastic.

Resort was in beautiful location. From the room we can enjoy the view of athirapally river through the large glass door which is very very romantic. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They even helped and been with us to get into the river bath. As a couple we have enjoyed a lot and resturant looks so romantic. We enjoyed in pool aswell. Food is too good. Loved their prawn roast and morning breakfast. Overall beautiful l place to stay near athirapally

On bank of river. Excellent property. Service and food simply superb.

The location of the property is secluded yet a 20 mins drive from the waterfall. It is right on the banks of the river and gives a river view on the balcony. The food and cleanliness is also top notch

Stay at polaris was good. My only concern is their behaviour. Nothing wrong in customer service but in some cases, i have been frustrated. For example, while i'm taking bath, the shower is not good, it's coming like very slowly. After enquiring, they're saying pressure motor was switched off for saving electricity and they are expecting me to inform them before going to take bath. This makes me very bad about their behaviour, they are expecting me to inform when i'm going to take bath. Also, they never provide remote for your ac. Whatever temperature they maintain, we need to adjust. On request of ac remote also, they didn't give. Because of these instances, i feel bad. Saving electricity is good, but i have paid for utilizing all these facilities from the time i check in till check out. So, please understand and think in customer perspective. No.

Only 2 rooms in one floor, so it gave us more privacy. The staff was really good. And the food was really amazing. The view from the rooms are must see.
