To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and disgust with my recent stay at your hotel on September 19, 2025. While the room size was adequate, the negative aspects of my experience were severe and completely unacceptable. We informed your staff of our late check-in in advance, but upon arrival, the room was not ready. When we finally entered, we were met with a powerful and offensive foul odor. The bedding was visibly dirty and had not been replaced, and shockingly, we found dead insects, including bees, in the sheets. We were horrified to discover that the pillows were filled with what appeared to be garbage material. Furthermore, the essential service of 24/7 hot water was not available, which was a significant inconvenience. This level of negligence and unsanitary conditions is not only a failure of service but a serious health and safety concern. I have documented evidence of these issues. It's was fine and pleasant stay. Worth for money...hot water was sufficient at the place

The good was not good because the bedsheet and pillow of the two rooms was not washed , other bathroom and facilities were good tv was not in working condition, drinking water and soap was available, but there was no towel in one of the room overalll out of 5 it is 2, hot water was also not available

Location is good. Near to the falls. AC doesn't work properly. TV remote not working. Staff are less responsive.

The property is conveniently located, just 500 meters from the main road, and was easy to find using Google Maps. The reception is always open, and the check-in process was hassle-free and friendly. Our room had a balcony with a road view, which was a nice touch. However, a few amenities would have enhanced our stay: a water kettle, a pair of slippers or glasses, and a water heater in the washroom would have been appreciated. On the plus side, the river was within walking distance, making it a lovely spot to explore. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

No restaurant was there. No vegetarian meal available nearby. If you are okay with eating non vegetarian meals then you can find a few options.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The AC room was neat and well-maintained. The caretaker was very polite and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. However, the washroom could use some improvement compared to other hotels I've stayed at. On the plus side, the breakfast was nice. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Stay was neat and clean, persons over here is super friendly and a very good person. But a little worries that tv doesn't have a remote as we planned for a movie at night. Apart from that everything was good specially they also guided us to see the places in order so that we didn't miss any spots over here.

Our stay was short, they opened the doors at 3 am, thanks to them. A clean and calm place, at 3 am the sound of falls was coming in the balcony, which made it exciting place to stay. Very good sleep i got at night.

Room and the hotel premises were neat and hygienic. There is a river nearby. What could be improved is the customer service. I had to ask for toiletries multiple times. Also, there was an ambiguity surrounding the availability of food in the restaurant. The person in charge told me breakfast and dinner are available, but when I checked the next day for breakfast, he himself was clueless.

No heater no tv channels very small room no intercom just like a lodge parking facility is very difficult
