I am writing to express my profound disappointment and disgust with my recent stay at your hotel on September 19, 2025. While the room size was adequate, the negative aspects of my experience were severe and completely unacceptable.
We informed your staff of our late check-in in advance, but upon arrival, the room was not ready. When we finally entered, we were met with a powerful and offensive foul odor. The bedding was visibly dirty and had not been replaced, and shockingly, we found dead insects, including bees, in the sheets. We were horrified to discover that the pillows were filled with what appeared to be garbage material.
Furthermore, the essential service of 24/7 hot water was not available, which was a significant inconvenience.
This level of negligence and unsanitary conditions is not only a failure of service but a serious health and safety concern. I have documented evidence of these issues. I expect a formal response detailing how this will be investigated and rectified.
