Great experience , calm and cozy. Food is authentic. Must visit place in India

Horrible stay. The property gave terrible food. No north Indian food option. Besides, the booking had spa credit and they duped us by giving us. foot massage saying its included and then the property refused to give us spa for our due credit and said we have given. It was my wife’s birthday and i had paid them extra for everything including cake and they did barely any decoration after charging me for it. Manager is very bad. He knew everything and still continued to dupe us and make an important day horrible. The food quality was so bad i had stomach upset. Please don’t visit this the youtube videos are all misleading

The location is amazing but the rooms are sub-par and the food is bad. The food taste might be because of my north indian tastebuds but about the rooms - they are lizard and insect infested. We called the reception to get lizards removed but the lizards were cheeky and knew their hiding places so they went there when those people tried to remove them. Later at night they came back and we didn’t want to make the effort of calling the room maintenance people for that. Let’s come to the 3 meals they served. We did not have any control over what food we wanted to eat and the portions. We were served what we were served and in quantities we didn’t need and that meant a lot of food wastage. The pool was also dirty and we could not use it because of all the dirt. There is an actual desperate need for room upgradations and need for cleanliness with the exorbitant amounts they are charging. We came here for the view and expected exceptional service, food and rooms with the amount we paid but we were highly disappointed. Overall i will rate this place average just for the views and the little trek we made to the waterfall. If they improve the room quality and consider these little changes suggested by their guests, this place could be worth every penny paid. But until then they should charge less in my opinion

The stay was excellent. The views from the room and restaurant were fantastic. The waterfalls mesmerising our eyes at all time. Great food and service by the staff. Great location. Friendly staffs. Massage and spa available for those who need it. Overall an enjoyable experience at athirapally.

The service by the manager and the staff are merely exceptional but the hotel badly needs a renovation for the price they charge. The balcony and rooms flooring and paint is almost worn off and looks bad. Service and food i will rate 9/10 but the hotelier definitely needs to consider reducing the price or renovating the hotel.

Room has phone but no service glasses were stinking hospitality is less there was no beer to chill taxi service is expensive

Had an amazing time at rain-forest for 3 nights. Waking up to view of athirapally falls was best thing. Hospitality was amazing, they cared us and served us awesome food. Peaceful ambience to refresh ourselves. They have ayurvedic spa treatment which was good too. Some improvement: there are luprops tristis insects in the room coming from ac vent, which is not good. Its not safe for guests. They tend to crawl near beds and walls. Please have some disinfection done in rooms for the same. I understand we are in forest and small insects are found in and around but inside room is not ideal even when everything is kept closed. There is risk of those insects going inside ears. Only that con i have rest had an amazing time. There are moneky's outside near restaurant during morning times, but that is common in forest as we are using their space. So that is acceptable and security team ensure they dont disturb guests. Only insects disinfection is required in rooms. Thank you.

The view is unmatchable. Property needs a bit of upkeep and extra staffing i suppose. Worth the money, i am a bit apprehensive to say, but definitely worth the sight from the room.

Place is not clean and smelly food is not that good too but friendly staffs place become old not good restroom

The room was decent but not worth the price paid for it. Food was inclusive of the cost but the taste and varieties could have been better. Property maintenance(especially the swimming pool) again was not up to the mark especially since they call it a luxury resort. The waterfall view was good but definitely expensive.

We loved it in the tree house. Would recommend it highly. It can get humid in the treehouse, but it is a small price for the immersive experience.

Celebrated wonderful onam festival at rain forest. The sadhya they served was outstanding. Nice view of athirapally falls from the resort makes our eyes pleasurable

View is awesome. Trekking is a must to do in here

Location is brilliant. Staff very good. But food can be better. And they need to change infrastructure to serve elderly guest. Overall very good
