Car parking is not available when i arrived at the hotel he showed me one of the worst room i said this is not what i have booked. He showed me another room which i had booked. But he asked for an additional rs. 1000-, after negotiating he agreed for additional rs. 500. With my family i can't search another hotel after reaching the location. They have not provided towels. He asked rs. 50/ for towels. No hot water no room service for food and other things i have to go out and buy. I will recommend this hotel for family
