1. The hotel name is different than specified in MMT 2. No food was there. 3. Its not hotel, kind of lodge 4. No towel was provided 5. No shoap, brush etc provided 6. The stuff behiveior was very good

Very small lodge. Situated above a local sweet shop. No parking area, parking in the sides of main road. Not a hotel or resort, it’s just a local night stay lodge.

Car parking is not available when i arrived at the hotel he showed me one of the worst room i said this is not what i have booked. He showed me another room which i had booked. But he asked for an additional rs. 1000-, after negotiating he agreed for additional rs. 500. With my family i can't search another hotel after reaching the location. They have not provided towels. He asked rs. 50/ for towels. No hot water no room service for food and other things i have to go out and buy. I will recommend this hotel for family

Toilet not cleaned. Bad smell was coming from the toilet beds smelled very bad. Walls and ceiling have holes in it. No curtains for the window. And the name of this resort is not athirapally view point resort. It's hanna room stay. Local lodge
