Bethania Resorts are known for providing visually appealing accommodations and delightful dining experiences. I find great pleasure in the Bethania Resorts situated near the river.

I want to know my complaint status

Really nice location near the river.comfort rooms and friendly staffs.nice food

The rooms were not properly cleaned, there was no hot water available, and the food we ordered more than four hours ago was still not prepared.complimentary breakfast ok

"My stay was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean. Specifically, the bathroom sink , and there was a noticeable layer of dust on the bedside table. The food at the breakfast buffet was below average. . Furthermore, I was surprised and disappointed to find that omelettes were not included in the breakfast buffet and were offered at an additional charge. While the staff was responsive to my initial requests, the underlying problems were not resolved. The uncleanliness and poor food quality significantly detracted from my stay, and the extra charge for omelettes felt unreasonable.

Location is good, we xan enjoy the riverside stay. Food is expensive. Amenities are poor. Room is congested. Ok for budget family who can stay for one day.

I found this property through my friends referrel who has already experienced staying in the resorts, the location was nostalgic and the staffs were very good in service, food was tasty and good and amenities were satisfactory

Staff attitude is bad. And bathroom is with full of foul smell which cant adjust

They maintaining the property very well. Excellent plantation, River view back yard, Birds & bunnies for children. Everything was good. Only concern is cost of the food in their restaurant is higher and size of the room is small.

Rooms were decent, staff was helpful. Food was not good, it needed to be better for north indians too

The stay was good. Except disturbances of some party at night. Food needs to be improved. The resort is close to the river

Small rooms, not like shown in the pictures. They provided us with a non ac room and made me pay 800 more for an ac room and the ac didn't worked half of the day bcos of no electricity

The room was clean but the room entrance was always wet, dinner was good but a little overpriced for me. The ambience outside the room and the scenery at the back of the hotel was great. There was also a river flowing in the backyard of the hotel which was a pleasant sight. Overall a good experience.

They do not maintain the rooms and window opens to lobby which is an issue for privacy. Food was average. Garden with river view is nice but should be maintained.

Planned for a last minute trip from valparai to athirapally. Decent locality 1. 5 km from waterfall entrance. Room cleanliness was ok. Standard non ac was not up to the expectation for the amount we pay. Wifi was not working. Restaurant manager was little harsh on customers one good thing about this hotel is that you can easily access waterfall river beds from the resort. Be aware of elephant attack during night. It's safe but need to be little cautious.
