The location was excellent, I got an early check in too. The room bed were small and missing politeness .

Happy with stay at Rail View Inn
Just opposite to Chalakudy Railway Station. Check-in and checkout were smooth. Comfy clean rooms. Staff were so accommodative. Parking should be done at Railway Station, the amount paid will be reimbursed by the hotel.

Rooms are neat and clean. Hot water is only available in the tap and is not connected to the showers. No pantry is available in house. Depends on nearby hotels. No coffee kettle in the room. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

I had a wonderful stay and Manager was friendly staff and it's very near to the Railway station I suggest go ahead and book this property which is very near and city centre

Poor Stay
The air conditioner is not working properly. There is not appropriate staff for handling guests. No alternate option while power cut time

The hotel staff is very supportive. There was no language issue. There is a lot of language issues in the entire kerala.

The stay was good
businessI stayed in this hotel for two days, i would recommend this hotel because the stay was good and the staff was very helpful, the one thing that disappointed me is, the room is small
