The hotel is good but there is some bad smell in the rooms

Rvk is near to guruvayoor temple, so temple darsanam was very easy, but the room is not good for more than two days of stay, there is no hot water. That feels so discomfortable for us.

Stay was comfortable.It is nearer to the temple that we are visited.Over all over good.

nearby road municipal busstand taxi stand opposolite. rvk food facilities. near by rickshaw opposite rvk rly station 5 minutes walk temple 3 minutes walk state transport 10 minutes walk in all cases a good option.

sufficient water for drinking not providing. we r took water bottles on payment @20₹ per bottle. no telephone was in our room. bathroom taps r leaking. No bed tea provisions. if v want to any communication v have to go down from 4th floor to ground floor(reception). No facility of wifi..TV is there but remout is not working. single bedsheet is provided for family and was very old.

Located very near the temple. The rooms are clean and the staff very helpful. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but many good ones are very near.

As said there is no complementary stay for three hours and the charged extra rs. 800. Then allotted same room. The room has no dust bin and bathroom us not upto the standard. Room is neet.

The room smelling very bad bed sheets not washed properly. Tv not working repeated complaints made it ok staff also average only advantage is the location

Property location is very close to east nada of temple. Staffs are well mannered. But i think it is not good to stay people waited for the room since we booked room already and lots are empty. The cleanliness and quality of room is below average only according to the rent.

Location : very very close to guruvayurappan temple. On temple street no parking available. We need to shell out separately. Car parking rs 50 for 6 hours

बहुत ही बढ़िया होटल था गुरुवायुर दर्शन के लिए आया था केरल में मंदिर के इसी बहाने दो टिकट मैनें बंपर लॉटरी दी खरीदी ओणम बंपर 2024 आरवी रेजिडेंसी होटल में स्टे के दौरान.। इसमें मैं 3 सितंबर 2024 तारीख को सुबह 11:00 बजे से करीब पहुंच गया था और 4 तारीख सितंबर 2024 को सुबह 9:00 बजे तक चेक आउट किया। होटल वालों ने बिल नहीं दिया यह कहा कि मेकमायट्रिप से बुकिंग वही बिल होता है यदि बिल होटल की ओर से मिल जाए तो आनंद आ जाए। धन्यवाद

Non ac triple room is not good for family it will be like a local room bad smells and the toilet also be like too much bad not all taps working well.

There is no proper parking space. Family room for 4 adults was bit congested and can be rated average only with regard to the money spend. Only plus point is the hotel is very near to the temple ( approx 150 m)

Horrible stay. Not worth for the money they took. The title of the room was "ac deluxe. Only thing was there was an ac in the room. A doubt/question to make my trip, do u rate hotels or simply put hotels in your list. Anyway, stay was horrible and won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was definitely not worth the price. It lacked basic cleanliness, with visible dirt and grime in several areas. The condition of the toilet was particularly disappointing; it was filthy and poorly maintained, making it difficult to use. Overall, the entire experience was far from satisfactory, and i wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We stayed in four bed ac room having street view glass window. I feel its a good choice to stay for one day trip. Approximately 180 m from temple. Lift capacity only for 4 person it's a drawback. Parking facility not available we can park in municipality parking yarad, parking fee refund by the residency. This residency is very close to indian coffee house and saravana bhawan.

Ac is not functioning properly, no sufficient furniture, bathroom sanitary fittings is very limited and improper. Rate i paid is too high.

Very bad service and room facilities. They don't given water and soap. It was very hot in the room and we couldn't sleep. We vacated from there at night itself and took another hotel near by. We got excellent room service there with 24 hrs check out policy and room fair is only 1300. This is the first time i am getting this type of worst hotel from make my trip. If u can please refund my amount.

Do not go for a non Ac room in this hotel. we got room in fourth floor and we suffer due to hot temperature in the room. we inform to hotel authority, they said they have non ac rooms in fourth floor only. building only have four floor. due to terrace temperature. we cant sleep in non ac rooms. better book ac rooms. due to hot temperature in room we gone to temple and spend time in night. horrible experience first time. we book room in this hotel viewing utube video 😂. butt hotel is located near guruvayur temple
