Location and Amenities were very good. Very clean and tidy. Quite spacious. Keep up the good work. Only concern was the pillow for the 3rd sofa bed, which took quite sometime to arrange. Other than that, fantastic.

Location is good. Close by to Temple. Building is 2 yrs old only. Clean environment. But no fire Extinguishers on each floor. No fire Exit boards near staircases. 8nside room, Airconditioner making noise and disturbing sleep. In Toilet, Geyser was not working, hence no hot water. Most of the staff quite new. When asking questions, no proper reply. Breakfast : only 2 items such as Idly and Puttu. No more choice.. No fruits or fruit juices Restaurent opening after 8 AM.

I recently stayed at this hotel and would rate the overall experience as average. The room was okay in terms of cleanliness, but it felt a bit congested and cramped for space. One of the main issues I faced was with the shower—it wasn’t functioning properly, which was quite inconvenient. The staff’s attitude left a lot to be desired. They weren’t particularly polite or welcoming, which impacted the overall hospitality experience. Additionally, I found the toothbrushes unwrapped and open. Although they did replace them when requested, this shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. While there weren’t many options, the quality of food was decent. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its hospitality standards, especially in terms of staff behavior and attention to guest comfort.
