I recently stayed at this hotel and would rate the overall experience as average. The room was okay in terms of cleanliness, but it felt a bit congested and cramped for space. One of the main issues I faced was with the shower—it wasn’t functioning properly, which was quite inconvenient. The staff’s attitude left a lot to be desired. They weren’t particularly polite or welcoming, which impacted the overall hospitality experience. Additionally, I found the toothbrushes unwrapped and open. Although they did replace them when requested, this shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. While there weren’t many options, the quality of food was decent. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its hospitality standards, especially in terms of staff behavior and attention to guest comfort.

I will provide a detailed review on my stay. 1.Parking and parking area The day which we booked our room there was a massive drainage overflow and which was leading to bad smell and literally we have to walk in that and it was clogging near our car in basement. 2.Rooms which were given to us was good but only in aesthetic point of view because the moment we entered the rooms some of us started sneezing and also when we switch on AC there is smell of fungus which indicates they don't care about timely maintenance.No issues in bathroom and rest of things about room. and housekeeping was on time to clean the room when requested due to dust issues. 3.Next is about breakfast,we have been charged a good amount and I am not saying the food was bad (what was given was good) but when we usually book breakfast options (buffet) it always will be a blend of proteins and carbs which will include juices,fruits etc. but it lacks that it is only focused on carbs. conclusion:A good hotel which could give a better service but due to the heavy crowd in guruvayoor it lacks the same and focuses mainly on revenue.

We apologize for the negative experience on that specific day happened a drainage flow . During that heavy rain our kitchen earth pit was fulfilled with rain water. We find it out these issues and resolved promptly. We have addressed the cleanliness issues with our house keeping staff and have implemented more vigorous cleaning schedule. We regret that we didn't meet your expectations in your breakfast buffet. We will bring this to the attention of the F & B department and find the ways to improve buffet items . We planned to include fresh fruit juices & cereals in our breakfast buffet.

Positives: The rooms were neat and clean. The staffs were proffesional and friendly. Provided all the facilities needed. Negatives: The main door and the balcony door locks were not working. It didn’t got addressed throughout the stay. Suggest to improve the overall building maintenance.

Clean, well located, good parking, 350m from temple however we things they need to upgrade themselves to a 3 star hotel as they claim is basic amenities such as ensuring no electricity dripping in the rooms, they don't have iron box facility.
