The property was in prime location surrounded by lush green valleys and beautiful landscapes. Me and my family enjoyed to the fullest. It was a pleasant stay . A calm and quiet environment , with lot of amenities like cycling, pool, indoor and outdoor games, good food and prompt service. But the quality of maintenance needs a boost. Food items need to be marked as veg , non veg, egg etc. Pool rules needs to be displayed in a board in bold and broad letters as we have seen people jumping into pool in cotton clothes without bathing at first. Food items are a bit pricy. Rooms need to have at least 2 chairs or a sofa couch . Otherwise good.

Alot could be improved

We booked a 4 premium rooms, the carpets were very dirty , the rooms were not cleaned well, when we moved a table there was dirt and wrappers beneath, when we called for room service they did't even come or took alot of time, the spa was not there, the pool water was terrible my children had eye infections after their stay. The morning buffet could hold alot more options. The restaurants were nics and the front desk was sweet, so were the golf caddy drivers. Overall it was an okay stay, alot could be improved, to make it a pleasant one.

Amazing glass house resort

The property look was so amazing with glass house view and nice architect in front of resort. Warming welcome with soft drinks so nice customer service support. The property amenities areas also very good.
