I stayed at aara jungle resort and initially booked a deluxe villa. The room was too small and not suitable for my 1. 9-year-old baby to play. Upon request, we were moved to a luxury room, which was slightly better but still not very spacious. Regarding service, we requested milk for the baby, which they provided. However, we were surprised to see it added to our bill during checkout. Most hotels offer this as a complimentary service for young children, so this left a bad impression. Overall, the experience was average.

Beautiful property. Very courteous staff. Nice homely food. The deluxe rooms are small. And our room didn't have a window so ventilation was a problem. Amenities were basic ( the tv was not working in our room. Service was slow but fine. Staff is helpful. They have very nice live events in the evening for family & children. Overall a very nice place to relax n enjoy nature

The delux room size is too small and there is no space to put extra bed also. The booking was made for 2 adult and 2 kids but the room space was only for 2 adults. Also they charged extra for bed even though the booking was made for mentioned members properly

It's a good resort i have chosen a premium cottage it's not very big but it's good only for most of the cottage's small size of room, i went on monday tuesday so the pool was so private for us alone, the food in the restaurant is good and the price okay. But weekdays campfire are boring but overall you enjoy privately

Place of stay was very calm atmosphere and fun loving. Food and service was excellent. Only one drawback is room space is very small. Wifi facility was not available diring our stay. Otherwise good stay.

Rooms were smelly, no proper maintainance. Lost personal belongings but management is least bothered even after complaining it. U have to call multiple times to reception to get the things done. Food is average and they fry the veg items with the same oil used to fry non veg item. Very bad experience.

This is the best place when it comes to service. Staffs are so friendly and we took our 1 year old daughter and all the services such offered was so helpful for us, be it making porridge for our baby & providing boiled milk for our baby all at free of cost. The food is they prepare is top notch and we enjoyed the whole stay experience and helped us to create a lot of cherish-able memories.

We stayed there for two days.We had booked a luxury cottage but it was far away from the word luxury ..AC not working...the bathroom flush was broken after complaining we were given another room which was very small. Not clean..fungus in the bathroom..no insect proof net..door mats not cleaned.. The veranda is very dirty and sticky. If you are planning for your vacation just for relaxation never choose this place. Staff were courteous and food was good. The kettle in the room was smelling.

Friendly staff, good environment. Especially karthick sir and joel sir hospitality is awesome. The food and catering team hospitality is also much appreciated. The only concern is that tea shop is very very expensive.
