Our stay at Ayatana Resorts – Welcome Heritage, Ooty, was delightful. The resort is set in a stunning location with a mesmerizing viewpoint. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere peaceful, and it made for a truly relaxing getaway.

Excellent hospitality with an amazing ambiance. Food options are very good and a treat, with the best views around. Rooms are very spacious; additionally, the items in the fridge are complimentary. Undoubtedly, another visit to Ayatana will be on my watch list.

It was a very nice experience and very delicious food to eat . It was very cool and the tea estate was the best part. There were many things to play in indoor and outdoor activities. The concept you had thank was excellent and swimming pool was best

The ambience and weather were great. Room was super with beautiful view. Excellent service by the staff, though food taste and variety were just OK. Housekeeping needs to be improved a bit.

Food was great, hospitality, ambience and amenities were great. The location is a little far from ooty or coonoor sightseeing about half an hour on both sides but overall a must stay property.

Stayed here for a single night. We were upgraded from a single chalet to a room with Jacuzzi and had a great view of the hills and a spectacular sunset on the balcony. the staff are warm, courteous, efficient and quick to respond. Only point of improvement would be the food which is average for the prices charged. Overall a good stay.

Ayatana resort is beautiful surrounded by mesmerizing tea plantation view. The rooms are designed well and so is other infrastructure and facilities. The only drawback is the quality of food served during breakfast.

Ayatana is one of the best experience I ever had. Well maintained property, yummy food, great ambience, friendly staff, overall it was a great stay. Nature walk to the tea estate was also very good, we got to see the great scenic view of the nearby estates. Highly recommended!

Words can’t describe how beautiful it was!! In the midst of lush green pastures you’ll feel like you’re somewhere out of this earth !! Awesome place and courteous staff. Rooms were spacious with variety in food menu . And the panoramic views are unbeatable. A quiet place away from city noises is the best weekend getaway ever !!
