Sterling Ooty Fern Hill

Resort sterling is one of the best resorts to stay in. From check in our experience was great.As we came for our 1st anniversary celebration and no doubt it was the best overall experience. Mr Sudhir Singh took responsibility in welcoming us n also decorated our room beautifully. One of the best host we had got. Coming to dinner they arrange special dinner for us without even asking. Special thanks to Mr.Chandra shekhar for arranging special dinner for us. Mr. Rohit served us with the best mocktail,. Our anniversary experience all to gether was delightful. Thanks to all three of them. Special thanks to Sudhir Singh .Will surely come again in future.

Checkin experience was bad. We faced issues related to room. The room we booked based on photos shared over mmt app were nowhere similar to the actual room. We had to call mmt customer support to resolve the issue. Hotel staff was good. We had good dining experience. Staff was helpful. Specially Nungmei she made our dining experience good.Checkout was also confusing. Someone ordered food on our name and room number. The Sterling Ooty Fern Hill staff resolved that later. Hotel does not keep basic headache medicine. At lease this much is expected from such a big Sterling Ooty Fern Hill.

I had a truly memorable stay at Sterling Ooty. The location is serene and scenic, offering a perfect break from the city’s chaos. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the hospitality and service. A special mention to Manoyara, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of.The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options. From local South Indian dishes to North Indian everything was well-prepared and flavorful.

The stay at Sterling Ooty was good. The Sterling Ooty Fern Hill food and service was nice. The staff was amicable but travel desk needs improvement. The gift shop at the Sterling Ooty Fern Hill is fantastic- was the highlight of my stay. Breakfast menu can be improved and food rates be revised.

Facilities and food are excellent but reaching the property is slightly difficult through ELK hill route whereas lovedale road route is ok

Very good experience for family stay, especially children enjoyed the games and ambience a lot. Breakfast spread was awesome!

The property was very well maintained - the food was alright but the rooms and the view made up for it.

Food was awesome,with lots of varieties including south n north indian... location is excellent specially my previlage suit is on the best location.. facilities is great...staff n all the member were doing great job with proper care..room cleaning staff is very good.

It was a good stay. Have to pass half a km of narrow passage. The outside is maintained well. The room can be maintained better for the tariff charged.

Location was good. Food was awesome. They have decent amenities. Only problem is the road to Sterling Ooty Fern Hill is very narrow difficult to cross 2 cars.
