We booked Honeymoon Suite for Day 1 and it was filled with awesome amenities. It was a Super comfortable stay. The staff were really nice and welcoming. We asked for an extension and we were given a comfortable room with all the amenities even though the hotel was fully booked, so I can say the staff was really helpful. They can even call an auto for you if you want.

Sir, we are pleased to inform you that, before your check-in in we have sent msg and also in the call, we clearly mentioned that we don't have an in-house restaurant for the food requirement, you can use Swiggy or Zomato. And also, we clearly mentioned that on the booking platform.

First I booked a honeymoon suite.. I thought they would decorate our room.. They didn't do anything.. They told me. I will do what you said.. Then why they call them honeymoon suites.. Clock is not working.. wifi disconnect everytime.. warm heater extra charge.. no food in the hotel.. Only pros: centre of ooty.. room is ok. Bathroom heater working well.

We sincerely apologize that the clock and Wi-Fi were not working during your stay. We assure you that had you informed the reception desk of these issues, a service technician would have been dispatched immediately to resolve them. Furthermore, as discussed during our call, the use of a room heater (warmer) is a chargeable amenity. We also informed you that we currently do not operate a full-service restaurant, and you had agreed to utilize third-party delivery services like Swiggy or Zomato for your food requirements.
