Not maintained well, will not recommend this place to anyone. Staffs are not supportive.

Overall in my 2 days experience. No issues about the privacy but the rate for the room rate is slightly higher for the room ambience and size. Though it's a short room cleanliness is not up to the Mark they are charging. Also they are setting a rule like they have to buy the restaurant food of their own which is an personal preference

The std room doesn’t comes with any view as usual. The cot was smelly as they couldn’t sundry. The room heater comes with additional cost. The food at restaurant is good .

Nice view from balcony. highly recommended. Travel desk service for sightseen is excellent, food and restorent service is average.

I had booked a 2 day stay at Tulip village Resort in ooty but the experience was extremely very disappointing.The room was in a terrible condition, there was a foul smell,the bedsheets were stained and the walls were also dirty it looked as if someone had spit on them. The bathroom was unhygienic with a yellowish toilet pot and an unclean bucket that made it impossible to even think of taking a bath, Shockingly,we even found a frog inside the bathroom. When I raised a complaint to the management they offered to change the room but the same issues persisted in the next one as well. Finally,they asked us to take a refund at the last moment which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience.The hotel is very poorly maintained and the entire situation has spoiled our trip completely. The actual conditions of the rooms was nowhere close to what was displayed online. When we raised the they did not take our concerns seriously and failed to provide any proper support. This experience has been highlyI strongly advise others not to book this hotel.

The rooms were smelly and the sheets were stained and uncleaned. Had to ask the facility multiple times to change but the new sheets were also not clean. Poor hygiene

The facility I will list about the positive first. The location is good and I have a nice facility so the connectivity is good and they have car parking and services with respect to booking chickens and services were good. Talk about the negatives. There is no much options when it comes to kitchen and room delivery, they have a very pretty minimal options available and they have a buffet which is beyond the nominal cost and quality of the food is also, very average maintenance is not so great and clean. They do provide daily room cleaning service, but the bathrooms were not so great not cleaned. Also that the accessories travels and other stuff they provide not at outside for the cost that they are charging. I felt it's not a good experience. I won't suggest this for any of the feature person lookout for taking special.

Room and view point is good food also good but glass not there in room and room was average not cleaned that much

Nice Resort @ reasaonable price & good location & well maintained will recommend others

iam writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. While the room itself was acceptable, I found the customer service and the attitude of the reception staff to be very poor.

Rooms not clean

we booked a two bedroom suite.. pros: 1. The room was good with a beautiful view near and clean. 2. Food service was good. 3. 24/7 hot water, kettle and RO water was available. CONS: 1. The food tasted very average and it was overpriced. 2. Tea/coffee was not served to the room 3. The pathway was very steep. 4. There were no railings or steps to walk It kind of looked very dangerous. 5. Very difficult for aged persons to climb up or down. 6. Parking the car was another level of difficulty.

I had booked a Deluxe room which was cozy and clean. However, the amenities mentioned in MMT app like heater, iron board, chair were not available in this room. The food was amazing though. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Room heater not available in the room. Service is very poor. In restaurant foods it is not tasty. Overall all experience related stays at the hotel were very poor.
