The views are excellent. Service provided by the caretaker is good. But the building which we were staying in was facing a power cut issue that too for a very very long time. In fact we stayed there for two nights and one night there was no power.

Emerald Stays - Hotel revie

At first I was a little sceptical about the hotel looking at the route to it, but once after I reached the hotel!!! it blew my mind off. it's located midst the serene nature of Valleys, Tea gardens, Emerald Lake and property's owned lawn area. the place is 16km away from the Ooty busstop, you can rent a auto which will approximately charge 800. It's one of the best hotels with the view I must say, and worth every penny for that beauty of place and calmness.

Suddenly they cancel our resort bcoz weather not good.. electricity and water is not there that's why when we reached ooty suddenly they called and inform cancel our resort bcoz of weather and other problems..after that we are requesting to arrange any other resort...then they arrange another resort..room was good food also ..but we are disappointed it was family trip..my family members senior citizen they are..some problems we are facing.. it's really terrific

Pleasant stay with beautiful views

familyThe property and it's location is just beautiful! it's a nice big property located in a very nice and posh community with good homely food. The service and promptness of nelson (the guy who runs the stay) is really good and he is always available to listen and help you with what you need. The property owners were at the property too when we visited and what a dynamic and gracious couple, really kind and sweet. Definitely coming back here again.
