Literally an incredible experience to stay. Nice food , cooperative staff and very peace full location . This is nice for group visit.

The property is located on a hill top and roads are narrow to reach the property but once you reach it is very scenic. The food was good and the staff people were kind. We spotted peacocks and wild boar near the property.

Tranqville- name itself transforms your health. Location is just awesome , Foods like home were served and every people were so humble and cooperative which never felt like away from home. Thank you Tranqvilee. We will surely visit again and will recommend to others too.

location was beautiful, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The highlight: The view from the room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sight of misty hills and lush greenery was a real treat. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to just sit by the window with a cup of tea all day. However, the room had some basic issues. The ceiling fan wasn’t working, and when I reported it and requested a room change, the only solution offered was a table fan. This was disappointing, especially given how chilly or stuffy the room could get depending on the time of day. The Wi-Fi was another problem. While the network connected, there was no actual internet access most of the time. If you’re planning to work remotely from here, I’d strongly advise against relying on the Wi-Fi — it’ll just add to your frustration. Overall, the place has potential, especially for a relaxing getaway. But if you’re expecting reliable amenities or need to get work done, you might run into some trouble.

Not as shown in pictures. The property is quite far from Ooty, and the last 1.5 km stretch near the hotel has very poor road conditions. Additionally, around 5 km of the approach road is extremely narrow, making it difficult and unsafe for night travel. The hotel is managed by very young and inexperienced staff, and they don’t even change the bed linens. The only good part is the view, which is indeed beautiful—but overall, it’s not worth the price you’re paying. Not recommended

Apart from spectacular views of the valley overlooking masumiyat masunagudi, there is nothing in this resort. Worst service. It's run by young inexperienced boys in their 20's who don't know what is hospitality or customer service. Below average food. Rooms are very basic with no amenities. I had to literally beg for drinking water in the room. The cottages in the top are a waste, don't choose them. It's too small and it's built in a way where all the views are blocked purposefully. The rating of 3 in given is only for the views.

The stay is good and the view is excellent but cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff here in this resort is so helpful, if there is any problem in the room, they will immediately come and rectify it. The food is so good and delicious but the rate of the food is quite expensive but it's worth it. The price of the resort is quite expensive.

The location was stunning, with breathtaking scenic views that let you unwind completely. The food and amenities were commendable. However, cleanliness in the rooms left much to be desired—dusty corners, unclean bathrooms, and poorly maintained bedding were disappointing. While the overall experience was pleasant, improving hygiene standards would make this place truly exceptional. Despite these concerns, I would cautiously recommend it, hoping they address the cleanliness issues.

Location is wonderful mountain view and relaxing stay, however rooms are clean from outer surface but you can see insects ( cockroach) around the room, food was average, recommend for 1 day stay

lot of spiders and spider webs in the room and bathroom. only one light is working in the room. dirty mattress, wifi not working. The surroundings don't match with the property photos.

The location is too far, ~10km from ooty, 1km rough road near the location, rooms are not clean, lot of spider webs in room and washroom, mattress is dirty and with bad oder. Not all lights and fans are working. Poor cellular network and wifi is mostly not working.

They were always attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A Perfect Getaway I had a fantastic time at Tea Terrace Vyntiri in Vayanad. The cottages were cozy and surrounded by beautiful tea fields. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a fun play area for kids too. It was a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Given the exceptional amenities, service, and location, Tea Terrace Vyntiri offers excellent value for money. It's a perfect choice for travelers seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway in the heart of nature.

My honest opinion about this property. The view is good from the property. The property just appears to be a homestay kind of accommodation. It is not at all a resort. There is no facility for a resort. You are provided with just a room to stay and food on orders. There is no sufficient furniture in the room to keep your bags. Basic supplies like soap, toothpaste etc were not provided to us. Breakfast was very basic. It is 4 km far from the main road and the last 500 meters to the property is in very bad condition. With all these the price charged is not justified. We paid 9000+ just for a night for stonehouse category. With that price one can find far better properties in ooty.

Food was ok but the room service and missing ameneties and power failure with having no backup generator has spolied our vacation. Front desk reception is no were to be seen when required for queries.

We had an amazing stay here. This place is around 15 km from Ooty town. If someone wants to experience peace during holidays, this is the place. Scenic beauty from the room was better than any other view point in Ooty that we had seen. Staffs are very well behaved and service was very good. We loved the food as well.
