So the property from outside is amazing at a good place not a scenic place but it’s good with a nice background but what wasn’t good was the villa the bathroom sanitary was broken the villa bulb was broken or fused out then we had to change it and even the house keeping weren’t coming on time. But the suit room was excellent. Location I would suggest they put a bigger board on the road cause it’s a little confusing. Food wasn’t good breakfast idli and poori was great but rest wasn’t. Dinner non-veg items were like just 2 so that wasn’t good too

Probably one of my worst stay, room pillow and bedsheets looked like it wasn't washed for weeks, room was very Damp, not to mention view was of some construction wall ( zero greenery), avoid this hotel, that use to operate under different name now after doing some reno they trying their luck again, not to mention breakfast took an hour to even get a table!

Probably one of the worst hotel I've stayed, there is no view and room was very dirty, stain and dirty marks on pillows and bedsheets! It was hot maintained like a 4-5 star hotel. Only the outside atmosphere looks good for pictures, not to mention 1hr wait time to even get a table for breakfast. They use to operate the hotel under different name and they did renovations and renting rooms again! Doing a terrible job, avoid you stay!

Faced power outage but still anAmazing stay

i would have definitely given 5 star rating to this stay, But there was a frequent power outages during my stay. during nights power was on and off multiple time, which really disturbed my sleep. As I told the same thing in reception during checkout, the told it is due to the DG is manual, as it is not automatic they have to switch it on manually everytime power goes off. being a boutique property Mango hill can have better maintenance and service facility in their property. apart from that everything was just amazing Room - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambiance - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Room service - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Views - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff behaviours - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bad service and unresponsive staff

While the property looks great from outside, there are a lot of key things that makes it a bad choice if you’re one of those people who like comfort, luxury and peace of mind. If you call room service, they will say 5-10 min but they don’t come. You will have to call again in couple of hours. Really bad service. Items like shampoo, moisturiser etc are really cheap and they don’t provide it again. I visited recently and it was cold, so I asked for more moisturiser but they didn’t provide it.

I am very disappointed after going there — such a worst-managed hotel in such a beautiful place. 1. Internet was not working properly throughout the stay. 2. The hotel phone started ringing in the middle of the night, disturbing our sleep. 3. Buffet quality was poor and did not meet expectations. 4. When we requested in-room dining, we were sent a fork instead of a spoon, and only 2 plates even though we were 6 guests. Despite reminders, additional plates were sent after an hour with the excuse of “heavy rush” because the hotel was fully booked. 5. Guests were openly drinking and smoking in the garden area just opposite our room. When we reported this to management, the response was, “We can’t do anything.” Overall, the service and management were highly disappointing and need serious improvement. 👉 If you are planning to visit with kids, this hotel is not a preferred choice due to the lack of proper management and safe environment.
