Western Valley Resorts

I stayed Western Vally resort for 2N and it was very comfortable stay from start to end. The view from room were excellent and serviced and food was also very good. I will definatily recommnad this resort to others.

We originally booked a three-night stay but cut it down because we couldn’t stand it any longer. We quickly booked another room. Its a huge loss for us. But seeing the picture and reviews we booked , but this is not a 3 star .. Its totally zero. Not affordable. The bed sheets and mattress were stinking so badly. The tv which lacked any wifi connection with normal tv was not at all working. Best i would recommend never go to this place and do not waste ur precious time on this resort which is not worth of ur penny.

Everything about the place is great. Except the food. I found the food average. Less variety. Nothing new. Could be better specially breakfast.

Location was Awesome. We had a great stay over there. Food was Super. Service and Staffs were great.

It was very well maintained, good and clean rooms with beautiful views. Staff were friendly. Definitely worth the price

It is a wonderful property. Very scenic and well maintained. Amazing view and spacious rooms. But the food is pathetic. We had sandwiches and fried rice along with manchurian, it was too bad. Morning breakfast Buffet was good. Has a decent parking space.

My family had a wonderful stay at the resort. The food was tasty, however the food price is on higher side.

The location, service and room conditions are awesome. However food needs major upgrade. Was not upto the mark.

Place was descent and clean. Food / breakfast was average. Service was prompt. Good play area and lawn/garden.Highlight - tea plantation. Bit far away from main city.

Overall stay was good only food having limited option for vegetarian

Very very pleasant stay ...the resort means the actual Ooty where you can see the beautiful valleys with foggy mornings and silent nights instead of the commercial Ooty. Every penny is worth spending in this resort.Very much satisfied with the stay.Food also very nice. specially the buffet breakfast.

The property is well maintained & has a great view on the front. Only issues is, it’s slightly away from Ooty main market

Property itself is very clean and in lap of nature. Lots of eye soothing flowers and plants are there inside the resort. Location is 14 kms away from Ooty city centre

western valley resort is a beautiful property away from the hustle bustle of Ooty town in a serene picturesque valley view. The rooms and cottages are well designed with amenities and give beautiful view from the window/ balcony. we booked a cottage wood villa, a very artistic and antique design, loved being in it's cosy bed...kids also were in the same room at upper deck - safe and had good family time for bonding together. The food was nice, being from north India, we were a little sceptical but enjoyed the taste. The staff was courteous and helpful - prompt enough with service. we really enjoyed our stay and clicked many pics for memories.
