Nice and quiet place with good food. Approach road is narrow, just enough for one vehicle. Two vehicles cannot pass at the same time. Very kind host and team and will try their best to make your stay good. Beautiful views of valley and villages. Two downsides, there is a temple nearby that plays loud music in the morning which ruins the silence and the hotel plays very loud music at evening with the bonfire. The second downside can definitely be fixed. Overall a great place to stay.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Four Seasons Hotel. The staff were shockingly rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Their behavior was not just unprofessional — it was disrespectful. This is not what you’d expect from a reputed brand. The attitude of certain staff members was so appalling that they should seriously be reviewed for dismissal. Strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are far better places that respect their guests and value their reputation.

The excellent experience of accommodation and staff

The location was the first best and Our stay was fabulous overall . The distance was bit away from the city but good drive all along made it a breeze . The villa which we stayed is sufficiently spacious for my family of 3 and views were good on window . Food was good and like home cooked and served delicious and care towards kids food was amazing . Staffs were very helpful and with always at smile . Recommend

The facilities provided were very little compared to the exorbitant cost and the location is roughly 14kms away from ooty. Having said that, the service was excellent.

Location is good, food in resorts was good, overall good for families. Inside the villa there are stairs which are little risky for kids and elderly people, resort owner should change that. Resort staff was very good.

When i have reached there hotel management told me no rooms available and i have rejected. Already informed yesterday about this i need my refund

Awesome property, caring staff. Must visit property away from the disturbances of city. The staff is very much caring and responsive and also very much friendly for kids. Have many games for kids on the house.

Location was awesome but service was poor .If you order something you would be getting it by a delay of an hour or more.Food was ok. In name of amenities they has basketball ,trampoline and archery

The staff of frame resort, is one of the most hardworking i have come across

The resort has most beautiful views all around the corners and very silent and pleasant. The staffs were very helpful and friendly when ever we ask them something they are very responsive. We stayed at the chalet villa and it has best views and spacious for us and just near to the restaurant. The buffet was served with plenty to choose and food was simply the best and safe i can feel for my kids. Little away from the city but it’s worth to find such a marvelous place like this to explore. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy your vacation.

Stayed for a short time with my family but really the location was awesome and peaceful. The food was good and staffs were very helpful. Morning was so beautiful on this place. Breakfast was so good and have many varieties. Overall one of the best place i have travel-led and stayed.

The stay was comfortable and resort located away from city rush. Nightlife was good with good lights around the villa. Morning buffet breakfast just like home food and edible.

The stay was not value for money spent. Some of the facilities advertised like gym, multiple restaurants etc are not opened yet. There was no wifi. Staff are courteous but the facility is not worth the exorbitant cost
